Excellent quality burgers and for a great price! - Quarter Pound Burger - $7: I ordered it with cheese ($0.75 extra). The burger was higher quality and cooked medium. It was juicy and flavorful. The toppings were fresh and crisp. The sauces were well balanced, though slightly emphasizing the mustard. I ordered two burgers and the buns were swapped. The regular was two heals and the Chicago Burger was two top buns. The buns were soft, hearty, and somewhat flaky. - Chicago Burger - $8: I ordered it with cheese ($0.75 extra). Like the regular burger, but with a different sauce and seasoning. It also had gyro meat. The burger was a nice flavor difference from the regular one. It was still within the typical American palate from what I experienced. The sauce was similar to mayo but not as thick. The seasoning was mild, but slightly tangy and almost sweet. - Italian Beef Sandwich - $12: My friend had the Italian Beef Sandwich. I cannot comment on it, but it is pictured. - Fries: Somewhat thicker cut, thicker and crunchier exterior, and warm. - Service: One person was taking orders at the counter and doing the cooking. Later, another came so that there was one cooking and another taking orders. The order was right except the buns swapped. - Atmosphere: A basic restaurant with tables and chairs. There were some higher tables and chairs along the front window. - Conclusion: I would definitely recommend their burgers! Delicious! Visited on a Saturday at 12pm.

Nice little place on the West Side of Grand Rapids - just a few blocks West of US 131 on Leonard, so very convenient. Clean inside, super friendly staff, good food. I had the signature Chicago style Gyro and it was very good. Not the best ever, certainly not the worst. Iโd recommend this place to a friend for sure.
Finally made it to this Westside gem. Friendly quick service & delicious food. I had Greek Fries, al carte Falafel, Kurdish Tea & Baklava. Looking forward to trying other offerings on their menu Thank you
It's a locally owned West Side business with excellent food. If you want something authentic, thus is the place yo go. The only "complait" I have is that the owner shuts it down a couple weeks every summertime visit family and friends in the Middle East and I have to go without a decent gyro. Here's a Westsider tip: Get the food to go and eat it nextdoor with some great hard cider at People's Cider.
While visiting GR, my husband and I stopped by at this restaurant. The parking is on the left hand side of the restaurant. Their gyro was delicious and highly recommend it! The lamb sandwich was an interesting flavor combination of Mediterranean food and American style sub sandwiches. The owner is so down to earth and kind. Great service. They have all measures set up for COVID-19 to make sure your visit is safe and enjoyable.
Incredibly friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean, never too busy. The food is delicious, and large portions too. They have a seasoning they put on everything โ I'd like to find out what it is, because it's really good lol
the perfect place to have a quick lunch! fresh & tasty, great customer service, and there was only one person working the whole place when i stopped in. he had an amazing attitude and the food was somehow even better. my favorite!!!!
Spontaneous Dinner Decision turned into a very good food experience. The service was nice, even if it took some time till we got served. We got the gyro with fries and it was a good choice. Being from Germany Iโm used to the way of choosing the different toppings for the Gyros, and I really liked it. The portions are big, all vegetables super fresh, the seasoning of all elements on point and I want to emphasize: the fries were amazingly crisp and seasoned. The bill was lower than expected, so it was a really good dinner choice overall. Just the interior of the restaurant could be easily upgraded - but I donโt think that most of the customers are eating in.
